Alastair Mackay

Founder & Managing Director

Founder, Managing Director and owner of Ogenus Offshore, with over 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry. He has led recruitment, manning, and crewing projects, with strong skills in business development and talent acquisition.

Ines Ben Naceur

Business Growth Strategist

With experience in international recruitment, business development, and brand growth, Ines combines people insight with commercial focus. Based in Greece, she drives Ogenus Offshore’s client acquisition, market expansion, and scalable operations across the energy and related sectors.

Giannis Gerazounis

Operations Coordinator

Graduate of the Department of Maritime Studies, University of Piraeus. Started his career at a Ship Management company and has since worked in the maritime sector. Has excellent computer skills and speaks English fluently.

Katerina Champeri

Operations Coordinator

Graduate of the Merchant Marine Academy of Aspropyrgos as a Second Officer. Worked on ferries and container vessels, then on LNG vessels. Later joined the crew department of a tug company. Now Operations Coordinator at Ogenus Offshore.

Katerina Kitou

Senior Recruitment Consultant

Graduate of Panteion University. Studied Law at La Rochelle via Erasmus+. Interned at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and a startup. Worked at Ethniki Insurance. At Ogenus Offshore since 2022, now Senior Recruitment Consultant.

Eleni Koutsouflaki

Recruitment Consultant

Graduate of the Department of Maritime Studies, University of Piraeus. Completed Erasmus+ internship in Munich in HR and recruiting. Worked in the shipping industry. Recruitment Consultant at Ogenus Offshore for 1 year and 9 months.

Sofia Papadopoulou

Recruitment Consultant

Holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Development from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”. Experienced Recruitment Consultant in the marine sector with a focus on international talent acquisition. Worked globally as an HR Project Manager.

Natalia Ioannatou

Finance and Accounting Officer

Graduate of the University of Piraeus in Statistics and Insurance Science, Natalia gained finance and accounting experience at METKA and Nestlé. At Ogenus Offshore, she manages accounting operations and reporting with precision and reliability.

Sokrates Zavakos

Performance and Customer Success Lead

With over a decade of experience in law, operations, and customer management, Socrates blends analytical thinking with a people-first approach. At Ogenus Offshore, he drives operational excellence, client satisfaction, and team performance.

Nikolas Panagopoulos

Recruitment Consultant

Graduate of Applied Psychology, Glasgow Caledonian University. Began his career in recruitment, with experience in crewing, HR, and tech hiring, and a focus on offshore and energy sectors. Passionate about people, psychology, and purposeful careers.
